It’s a long story!

Calais beach has a tradition of sea bathing going back to the 19th century. A casino, which attracted bowls players and Ludo enthusiasts, became part of this tradition, before being subjected to the devastation of the last war. Since the 1950’s, the Casino’s has its premises on Rue Royale, in the heart of an area of hotels, restaurants and shops.

The present Casino, run by the Partouche family, offers over 70 slot machines which are updated regularly. There are also gaming tables (blackjack, poker) and an electronic roulette wheel.

Have you heard of the Megapot? A very popular event with players of all ages who hope to hit the jackpot (which includes all the
Group’s slot machines in France). The last jackpot was worth 1,344,000 euros!

The Casino also has a brasserie, a room available for private letting, seminar rooms and banquet halls, as well as a theatre showing
conjuring acts, cabarets, concerts, and much more.

Over 30 people work there, from croupiers to cashiers and barmen, ready to welcome you and help you relax and enjoy yourselves.

The casino was completely renovated in November 2017, and the decor redesigned to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Theme nights are on offer all the year round for your entertainment.

Cross the threshold of the establishment and try your luck, you may come out a millionaire! But, of course, always responsibly.
